Where is my order being shipped from?
Every order is packaged, and shipped from: 3332 School Road, San Juan Bautista, 95045.
How long should it take to receive my order?
Depending on what kind of shipping you decide to get for your overall order, your package can take anywhere from one day, to around seven business days. Please do factor in that the prices for shipping will vary, depending on the weight of each product purchased.
How do you ship your Exclusive products?
For all domestic shipping, we use the United States Postal Service (USPS), as well as UPS. After your order is delivered, we will send you a tracking code via the information you’ve provided us (email or phone), so you can keep track of your purchase while it’s being shipped to you.
Where can I find my tracking number?
Once you have placed your order and our fulfillment team has received the specifics, we will send you an email and/or text depending on which information you send us.
Due to covid-19 we are unable to recieve shipments that have already been opened. However, we do offer refunds in the form of store credit for those who have already opened packages. If you have not yet opened your package you can reclaim your payment before opening the package (we are not liable for payments on any returns.)
Is it legal to ship these products to my state?
Depending on your state or country, CBD, hemp, and Delta-8 products vary in legality. Be sure to check your local laws and regulations before purchasing. For more information, check our Legality Articles.
What are your payment methods?
Exclusive Hemp Farms offers multiple ways to pay. These include Paypal (which allows you to use any credit or debit card), Amazon pay, and Shopify pay. If you choose to pay in other forms, we also offer our clients the option of Venmo, Zelle, wire transfers, cash app, crypto currency, etc. Just message, or call us, and we can work something out.
Can I make a return?
If you do not receive your product within the given time frame (based on the shipping request), we will first contact both our local post office, as well as your own local post office. If the package has not been received, we will issue store credit. DUE TO COVID-19 WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS AT THIS TIME.
Are your products tested by a certified DEA approved lab?
All products that are sold by Exclusive Hemp are lab tested by third parties, and are quality assured by our fulfillment center in San Juan Bautista, California.
How old do I have to be to use these products?
Depending on your State or Countries legistaltion, you must be between 18 to 21 years old to use Hemp products
